The Next Ten Days

First, this post is partly a test. I’m using a WordPress application and posting from my phone. So if the formatting is a little wonky, you know why.

Second, we’re in a little bit of a panic here at 2 Girls, 1 Car central. The trip we’re about to start is an epic one for us. Intellectually, we know we’re prepared. But still, there’s that little twinge of fear of the unknown. It’s both exciting and nerve-wracking.

There are a few little things to do before leaving. Sadie is getting an oil change and tune-up. I’m waterproofing my tent. We’re double checking packing lists. The maps will be updated on the GPS. All of these things we’re doing as calmly as possible. Why no. We’re not running around like crazy people. Not at all!

A bit of a panic, but a normal person kind of panic. Epic adventure! We’re fine.

    We are fine, right?
